What are the nutritious foods that you must give your baby?

Upto 6 Months

Feed only mother's milk

6 Months to 1 Year

Feed softly cooked food along with mother's milk. Feed AuroPoshan porridge, softly cooked dhal,vegetables and fruits

After 1 Year

Give semi solid food (Cokked rice, Dhal,Vegetables and Fruits
