A valuable lesson learnt from our work in Yadgir District is that children/students are the most proactive agents of sustained behavior change in a family, especially in subsistence societies.
Students are aspirational, they have dreams about their future, and are eager to learn what would improve their health and wellbeing.
What’s more- not only will this knowledge remain with them- but they would carry it onto the next generation.
